"Florian Adolph approaches the digital from the familiar via a graphic motivic language and at the same time opens up new base stations in the digital, in the middle of the actually unknown. (...) His works are representational and at the same time they are not. They appear to be non-concrete surfaces and, at the same time, to have emerged from a historical context.
